MAYC FAQ

If you are submitting your application online, you can pay the Registration Fee online using either a debit or credit card (otherwise it can be paid by credit or card over the phone, among other options). Applications can only be processed once the Registration Fee has been paid.

We ask that every child, even if they are in the same household, have a completed registration form with their information.

Yes, we will need to have an updated registration form completed and submitted to our clubhouse office or our office manager, Rhonda Mayfield.

You are always welcome to call the clubhouse office during office hourse: Monday – Friday, 8am – Noon.

BLAST registration and payment is done on the school webstore site. You can find the link and more information on our BLAST page.

You will be contacted by our office manager, Rhonda, informing you of your child’s space in the out of school program for the dates requested. Please do not assume your requested dates have been accepted, our space is limited.

If you have decided not to attend out of school program at MAYC during the dates you requested, please let us know immediately. Any vacant spaces/days will go to kids on the waiting list.
