New to MAYC?

Welcome. Here’s how to become a MAYC member and register for programs:

Step 1: Become a MAYC member by filling out the MAYC Membership Enrollment Form” Membership must be renewed annually. If already a member, skip this step.

Step 2: Register for one of our programs such as Out-of-School Days, Summer, Winter, and Spring Break Camps via our Program Registration page. Note: Not all registration is currently open, please check with staff first.

Step 3: Make a payment

An annual membership fee of $20.00 must be made to be an active MAYC member. Program rates will vary.

MAYC Annual Membership: $20 per year, per student

  • Membership is open to all students ages 6-16.
  • Membership is for students attending MAYC all-day, out-of-school programs.
  • There is a cap of $50 per family each year for the annual membership fee.
  • Scholarships or reduced rates are not available for the annual membership fee.

Important Note: Annual MAYC membership is required for participation in Summer Day Camp, Jr. High After School, and Summer Break Programming. However, it does not guarantee a spot in the programs. Separate registration for each program will be required for a spot in the program.

Out of School Program Fees: $28/day

  • All students will pay a daily attendance fee for programs based on household income unless a full scholarship has been awarded.
  • The daily attendance fees are outlined below along with the sliding scale structure.
  • All families seeking to qualify in the Levels 1, 2, and 3 groups must provide documentation of income. Following are the options for income documentation:
    • A copy of the last year’s Federal Tax return, proof of free/reduced lunch, or the most 2 recent paychecks stub.
    • If a family fails to provide documentation of combined household annual income, they will be charged fees at Level 4.

Scholarships & Financial Aid

Childcare Assistant Program (CCAP)

If you would like to apply for a reduced rate for out of school programming, you can apply for CCAP and MAYC will honor the qualifying rates (co-pays). If the CCAP rates (co-pays) are still a financial burden for families, MAYC will consider additional scholarship help on an individual basis. MAYC provides financial scholarships to eligible families for B.L.A.S.T and Kids Club programs.
