Race Registration
Registration can be done online through ItsRaceTime.com. Race day registration will also be available, but it will require your phone. A scan code will be provided, and you will register via your phone at the link. No paper registrations or individual payments will be processed.
Packets
Drive through packet pick up is at Middletown Prairie School, 1301 S. Bulldog Dr, Mahomet, IL 61853 on Friday, August 4th from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. All local runners are encouraged to pick up their packet on Friday.
If you are traveling a distance you may pick up your packet on-site race day, Saturday, August 5th from 5:30 to 6:45 am at Mahomet-Seymour High School, 302 W State St, Mahomet, IL 61853.
Mailing is an option for an additional fee of $5.00 at the time of sign up for virtual runners
Race Results
Our primary method of delivering results will be electronically. Race results will stream live online throughout the race. Additionally, we will be texting participants their result immediately upon finishing. We’ve already added a link to the results on your race page.
Weather Plan
We are monitoring the weather for Saturday. The race will not be called off in advance. It may be delayed if there is severe weather in the area. We will race in the rain, but not if there is lightning overhead. If there is severe weather in the area, we will postpone the race until severe weather clears, or call the race if severe weather sets in, and stays beyond 8:30 AM which would be a reasonable time to keep the runners and volunteers on site. We will have access to the Mahomet Seymour High School Field House to shelter race volunteers and participants should this become necessary.
Alert vehicles and school buses are on call to pick up runners should we have to stop the race after runners have started their journey on the 1⁄2 Marathon and the 10K. 5K runners will be close enough to return to their vehicles if the race is called off.
Race Shirt Policy
Thank you for helping support our non-profit Mahomet Area Youth Club! Your participation in our races provides safe summer and after school opportunities to youth that need your support to participate!
We order shirts 2 weeks out. The advertised “Guaranteed Shirt” timeline supports our trim budget. We over order by 20% and attempt to provide shirts to all runners that desire them.
Guaranteed Shirts are put in your packet and handed to you at Packet Pickup.
Extra shirts for those registered on-line after the cutoff date are available at the Awards Tent after races when presentations are not going on. Shirts may also be exchanged here.
Anyone that did not get a shirt, please come back to the field house after 10:00 am. We will make all shirts still in stock available to you for pick up.
