How to become a MAYC member and register for programs:
Step 1: Become a MAYC member by clicking the “MAYC Membership Enrollment Form” button and filling out the form. Membership must be renewed annually. If already a member, skip this step.
Step 2: Register for one of our programs such as Out-of-School Days, Summer, Winter, and Spring break camps by clicking the button and filling out the correct form (not all registration is currently open, please check with staff first).
Step 3: Make a payment
An annual membership fee of $20.00 must be made to be an active MAYC member. Program rates will vary.

Summer 2025 1st-6th Grade Registration
Registration opens on May 1st
MAYC Summer day camp is open to MAYC members who will be entering 1st through 9th grade in the Fall of 2025. This form is ONLY for students who were in elementary school in 24-25 school year (K-5th grade) and will be entering 1st-6th grade in the fall of 2025. Membership & Registration are both required. Due to space and staff availability, we will have limited spots.
Summer 2025 7th-9th Grade Registration
Registration opens on May 1st
MAYC Summer day camp is open to MAYC members who will be entering 1st through 9th grade in the Fall of 2025. This form is ONLY for students who were in Jr. high in 24-25 school year (6th-8th grade) and will be entering 7th-9th grade in the fall of 2025. Membership & Registration are both required. Due to space and staff availability, we will have limited spots.
